First attempt at Gluten Free pizza crust (basically an eggy batter). Too breakfasty, not pizza-y enough.

gluten free raisin muffins, which all sunk to the bottom!
gluten free raisin muffins, which all sunk to the bottom!  These were too sweet for me.  I think Chris liked them more than I did (minus the raisins).  I cut off the tops and bagged them up for him, then separated the raisins from the bottoms and will use again for rice pudding.  I don’t like to waste…

Gluten free bread with flax seeds, flaxmeal and psyllium husk.
Another experiment: gluten free bread with flax seeds, flaxmeal and psyllium husk.  Not bad, but too moist, almost gummy (yup, it’s possible to have gluten free bread, which is normally too dry, that’s way too moist).  Less water/milk next time.
